Suddenly Someone

Suddenly someone on a random passive day,
sweeps in through the breeze smooth on his heel.

Molten inside stirs, like thick hot cocoa,
Conscious and yet easy-flowing with the scene.

Understated, dignified and eloquent,
a wanderer he in his soul just the same.

A strange acceptance of the knot inside,
the happiness felt in keeping these miles.

Stumbled upon your blog. One word - 'magnetising'. You inspired to put the following on paper -
--------------------------
Suddenly someone had turned back,
And brought the lost breeze with her!

I had lost her cherished touch and scent,
but I sense her near again

Only if the fabric of time had a pause,
or the languor of the thick hot cocoa

An artist's delight for his beloved canvas,
Angelic yet earthly, the moment was here and now.

The thought-pourri resurrected only to cause heartache,
When the rain-drops tapped and broke my woolgather.

But suddenly someone on a random passive day,
surely pulled me out of the whirpool.

Hope to read more of your blogs SL.

Beautiful...my randon verse has fallen a little pale against your expression.

Esp. loved the "fabric of time having a pause" & "rain-drops tapped and broke my woolgather"

so I guess the admiration is mutual!
Cheers,
